OFFICIAL RULES
No purchase necessary. This Contest begins September 3rd, 2007 at 12:01a.m. Pacific Time and ends October 1st, 2007 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and a US resident to enter. Employees of The Wave Media and its advertising, promotion, and production partners, their affiliated companies, and immediate family members of each are not eligible. Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Contest Rules. Void where prohibited.
HOW TO ENTER
Contest entrants will be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. Limit one entry per email address, one prize per person.
The Wave Media Inc. and its agents are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible, or misdirected email; for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; for failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit a user's ability to participate in the Contest.
All notifications in the Contest will be sent by email. We are not responsible, and may disqualify you, if your email address does not work, or if it is changed. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud or technical failures destroy the Contest's integrity as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. If the Contest is so canceled, any and/or all announced winners will receive prizes to which they are entitled as of the date of cancellation; the unclaimed prizes will be donated to charity.
WINNER SELECTION
The winners will be selected from all eligible entries on October 1, 2007. Drawing will be conducted by The Wave Media designated judges, and their decisions are final. Winners will be posted on this site on October 3, 2007. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. In the event of non-compliance, an alternate winner will be selected.

AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY/RELEASE
For eligibility to claim prizes, winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability (except where prohibited by law) giving The Wave Media permission to use his or her name, picture, portrait, likeness, and voice for advertising, promotional and/or publicity purposes connected with this Contest without additional compensation. This affidavit also releases The Wave Media from any loss, liability or damages, which may occur as a result of winning. Failure to comply with any term or condition in these Official Rules may result in disqualification, and the prize being awarded to an alternate winner. Return of any prize notification/prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and the awarding of the prize to an alternate winner.
